Abstract(in English) A cavity-resonator-integrated guided-mode resonance device consisting of a grating coupler and a pair of distributed Bragg reflectors on a thin film waveguide enables narrow-band reflection spectrum with high reflectance and a small aperture. It is crucial to investigate the reflection phase of this device when it is applied to a laser mirror. In this paper, experimental results of a wavelength dependence of the reflection phase are discussed. It was found that a reflection phase shifted by 2n around the wavelength of high reflectance.
