Abstract(in English) | Our research group established various wearable systems with wearable sensors/actuators and ubiqui-tous systems with compact I/O control devices Especially, we focus on the actual use of the implemented systems on various entertainment events and professional activities For example of the proposed wearable systems, there are motorbike race support system, park navigation system for impaired person, unit musical instruments, position detection system for nurse, wearable dancing musical instruments, projector performance support system, wearable MC system, LED dance system, life-log system, wearable DJ system, pedes-trian behavior visualizing system, performer support system in a stuffed suit, and context-aware drum sticks As ubiquitous systems, there are compact I/O control device for home appliances, LED and light sensor module for LED arts, painted musical instruments, and context-aware donation boxes Moreover, we implemented a walk-rally system for large scale events As techniques to improve the system quality and dependability, we implemented a software platform for wearable computing, hardware platform, mechanism for low power consumption, and algorithm for complicated motion recognition In this talk, we show these systems from technical aspect, and also show some topics of wearable information presentation. |
