Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Ground Bounce noise is a serious problem in power-gating technology. It is not clarified that how the implementation and control scheme of Power Switch influences the ground bounce. In this research, we investigated the relationship between Ground Bounce noise and Wake-up time when we apply different implementation and control schemes. We show the effectiveness of building a Power-Switch-Driver-tree and buffer sizing in Ring-Based Power Switch structure.
