Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper studies an insensitive particle swarm optimizer (IPSO) for multi-solution problems. The IPSO is governed by a deterministic difference equations without stochastic parameter and has a insensitive param-eter depending on time and fitness value. The insensitivity can prohibit unnecessary particles concentration and can give variety in the particles dynamics : that can be suitable for the multi-solution problems. In order to compare our algorithm with a fundamental local best PSO, applied to a basic benchmark and an exploring problem of periodic points in the Henon map and then examined the effectiveness.
