| 抄録(和) | 今後の航空交通管理では航空機の軌道情報が基礎になる.軌道の計画段階では,ある地点を通過する航空機の通過予定(推定到着)時刻を作成するに際し,通過航空機の順番を定める必要がある.従来はこれは出発予定時刻に基づいて先着順(FCFS)で作成されてきた.しかし,時間の起点となる出発時刻や途中の飛行時刻に多くの不確定要素が含まれ,この影響は出発空港や航空機毎に異なる.このため,場合によっては実際にある地点での順番が逆転することになり,航空管制の運用で,飛行途中で時間の調整が必要になる場合が起こりうるこうした管制運用上の負荷を軽減するために,各航空機の軌道情報の不確定1生を考慮した順序決定が望ましい.本報告では不確定1生(推定誤差)の分布の情報が利用可能な場合の順序つけの方法を提案する.推定誤差分布にShiftedガンマ分布を用い順序逆転確率の計算方法を示す.ついで,推定誤差分布のモデル化のアルゴリズムを示し,シミュレーションによる検討例を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | Trajectory information will be a basis of the future air traffic management. In planning stage, conventionally, the sequence of arriving aircraft to an en-route fix is determined by the first-come-first-served (FCFS) principle. This estimation process of the amval time is based on the estimated departure time at the origin airport. In the process, various factors of uncertainty, such as departure time form the estimation errors vary flight to flight. These errors sometimes result in the case where the swapping of the sequence at the fix is required. Therefore the sequence determination taking into account the estimation errors is desirable for reducing the air traffic controller's operational workload. This paper proposes a concept of the method for generating the better sequence using uncertainty information which is assumed to be available in the future. This paper describes algorithms for calculating the swap probability using a shifted Gamma distnbution. Then the modeling procedures of the estimation errors and some results of simulation are shown. |
