Abstract(in English) In air traffic management, traffic flow is controlled to minimize delays and holdings in air routes and airports keeping the safe separation between aircraft. In this process, an estimated amval time at a fix is generated on the basis of the estimate of the departure time at a departing airport. The authors proposed, in the previous paper, a concept for swapping the sequence of arrivals at the concerned fix taking the distribution of estimation errors into account. For simplicity, among several potential error distnbution models, only the case of exponential distributions was dealt with m the paper. This paper considers the effects of biases and asymmetry in error distribution models using examples of distribution models, which consists of exponential and Normal distribution. Then, further works required for future development of the proposed system are mentioned
