Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the analysis results of singing voice in a scream vocal style which is a vocalism like a screaming. In the analysis, we extracted the fundamental frequency (F0) and the spectral envelope of singing voices in normal vocal style and scream vocal style, and then compared the difference between the styles. We observed that the trajectory of F0 of scream voice is similar to the temporal fluctuation of the amplitude spectrum of scream voice. In this observation, both the trajectory of the F0 and the temporal fluctuation of the amplitude spectrum indicate repeated fluctuation in a short time. Based on this observation, we investigated correlation between temporal fluctuations of the F0 and the amplitude spectrum. As a result, we found that the temporal fluctuation of the F0 has a positive correlation to that of the amplitude spectrum in the frequency region around the F0 in some vowels.
