Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Switched-mode power converters are used widely for most of electrical and electronic equipment. They have prominent features of high efficiency and small size. On the other hand, they generate switching surge and noise at turn-on and turn-off times of semiconductor switches. So far, a lot of techniques have been developed for suppressing the surge and noise. This paper overviews some techniques of the analytical work for surge-noise generation and the development of surge-noise suppression in switched-mode power converters.
