Abstract(in English) Recently, millimeter wave applications such as automotive rader have been developed. Electromagnetic EM wave absorbers are frequently used to prevent EM wave interferences caused by undesired EM waves. The authors have been proposed the oblique incidence measurement setup using a corner reflector In this study, absorption characteristics of EM absorbers in millimeter waves under the oblique incidence are measured from 40GHz to 75GHz.
