Abstract(in English) | It is important to design passive components e.g. inductors and capacitors for the operation of power conversion circuit. The equations for the calculation of inductance and ac resistance of air core solenoids have been proposed. This report venfies the adequacy of these equations in high frequency region based on measured frequency characteristics of impedance and evaluates the influence of skin effect and proximity effect. This report also studies the optimal dimension design of single layer solenoid to minimize copper loss for different winding pitch under given wire diameter and inductance value. |
