Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) If an earthquake will occur in metropolitan area, it is important to keep information networks due to communicate mitigation information, even case of telecom network systems would be severely damaged. Therefore, we analyze the disaster mitigation information services in in urban areas. And, we have investigated the mitigation information network consisting of ad hoc network and long distance wireless LAN. To use such network systems in disaster, it is very important to prepare not only system itself, but also well-trained-people who operate the systems. In this paper, in order to verify the effect of the cooperation of each system, we operate the mitigation information network at disaster drill in Kogakuin University. This ensures, we show the results of a communication quality and questionnaire that target participants Furthermore, we show the overall operational methods and future study.
