Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As developing cognitive radio technologies, the research for sharing the frequency resources assigned to primary user by secondary users has attracted attention while secondary users preserve the communications of primary users. As for the preservation method of primary user, the frequency sensing by secondary users is proposed for the primary user's frequency usage condition detection. The traditional frequency sensing detects unused frequency randomly from some frequencies. However, there are problems that it takes a lot of time to detect usable frequencies. In addition, other users poach usable channels ahead because of previous reason. In this paper, we propose a frequency usage condition prediction method using the logit model to solve the traditional problem. Our proposed method predicts the primary user's frequency usage conditions considering primary user's communication service preference based on the past primary user's communication service selection condition and primary user's behavior characteristics.
