Abstract(in English) The dynamic spectrum access based on cognitive radio achieves the high frequency spectrum usage efficiency, but the mobile terminal needs the ability to access to multiple channels. As this result, the channel number selected by each terminal is uncertain and thus the rendezvous channel is necessary. We propose the high speed rendezvous channel based on the learning assisted estimation of the channel occupancy ratio (COR), where COR is defined as the time of the occupied channel to the whole time ratio. We clarified the high speed rendezvous channel is achieved by the proposed technique with using the ideal sensing technique. When the low accurate sensing technique is used, the rendezvous channel of the proposed technique has not been evaluated, yet. In this paper, when the practical sensing technique is used, the optimal learning duration of estimating COR is found for the minimum time of rendezvous channel.
