Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, considerable interest for NMR has been shown within a method for analyzing the structure of proteins and DNA The data to be analyzed structurally has been chosen by viewing a large amount of the data Therefore, the problems are that it takes a great deal of time and depends on experts to select the data to be analyzed In this paper, we propose a method of classification to the data to resolve its problems and extract the data automatically A numerical example of our method is presented to show its validity by using simulated data.
