Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The magnetic field measurement system developed by NICT has multiple magnetic sensors in line to measure the spatial distribution of the magnetic field simultaneously. When the sensors were set in narrow distance, the spatial resolution of measurement was limited to 50 mm because unwanted couplings occurred. In this study, a method for reducing effects of the unwanted couplings by using matrices was proposed. The experimental results demonstrated that the spatial resolution could become 30 mm.
