Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In large-scale disaster, communications infrastructure will not work take time for recovery. Therefore, emergency crews are needed to enter the buildmgs, exploring the survivors in need of help In this paper, we propose a method to improve the efficiency of the crews' work by bring them the information of the victims who cannot escape to outdoors on their own. The proposed method forms a DTN (Delay / Disruption Tolerant Network) between each survivor's mobile termmal, to make the communication. Using acceleration sensor value equipped with each terminal, the methods recognizes the user's condition whether he/she is escapmg, or he is sitting m need of help, or the terminal is abandoned. Further, the methods reduces the packet collisions by grouping together the victims of the neighborhood. The simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme significantly increases the successful ratio of finding victims' termmals, and achieves a lower power consumption.
