Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Serious damage caused by the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake affected mobile communication services. OSSs play an important role at the moment of earthquake disaster as they have many functions to recover communication service discontinuity and network congestion. Consequently techniques to economically implement OSS against a great earthquake are needed. We have already proposed D3A (Distributed Data Driven Architecture). This architecture is distributed processing technique which can realize both scalability and availability. In this paper, the techniques to economically implement OSS against a great earthquake are presented by deploying computer nodes which configure its redundancy among several locations separated geographically. This paper also describes the practical OSS based on it.
