| Abstract(in English) | Recently, a handover technology has been become more important with the development of mobile communication, in public wireless LAN. We proposed a method so as to be able to use the handover technology for all terminals without additional function on the base of SIP Mobility. However it has an effect on communication because it takes the terminal a while to get IP address after the terminal was handover. This paper proposes an effect handover method by means of shortening the time of taking IP address ,and the evaluation result of the simulation. |
