Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A laser phase noise characterization technique that measures a beat signal between two lasers using a digital coherent receiver have been proposed However, the bandwidth is limited by a balanced photodiode and A/D board So it is needed to adjust the center frequency difference between two lasers below such electronics bandwidth In order to relax the adjustment of the center frequency difference we have proposed the parallel linear optical sampling In this paper, we characterized a measurement noise to investigate the noise effect on the measurement result And we found that the cause of the measurement noise is the shot noise Also, we characterized the phase noise of low noise laser
