Abstract(in English) In accordance with the recent spread of smartphones and tablet PCs, leaners can study anytime and anywhere by utilizing such a tool when learning contents are provided Learners can also study the latest contents through e-Learning whenever the Internet connection is available Authors had created e-learning contents on "Control Engineering 1 & 2" last year In this technical report, in addition to the contents, the author mentions the content-expansion for "Contol Engineering 3& 4" and "Electrical Engineering" Moreover, the author also mentions statistical analysis on the continuous attitude survey for the e-Learning system by approximately 120 attended students who belong to the Department of Information System Engmeering at Asahikawa National College of Technology
