| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose a human pose recognition technique for retail surveillance video. Head position, head direction, body direction, and body model parameters are estimated by using multi-class classifiers consist of Support Vector Machine and by distance transform. In the pose tracking using particle filter, we take account of relations of pose parameters, such as the relation between head direction and body direction and the relation between head position and body model. Experiments using real retail surveillance videos show the effectiveness of our technique. |
