| 抄録(和) | 右手示指の二点間到達運動を対象とし,運動開始前に運動意志を中断する脳機能に対して単発経頭蓋磁気刺激(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation:TMS)を用いた干渉を試みた.被験者には,運動開始合図と同時に運動を行わせ,開始合図の100ms前に設定された停止信号が呈示された場合,その場で運動を止めるよう指示した.一連の試行の中で,TMSを開始合図の前後さまざまなタイミングでランダムに入力した. TMSには円形コイルを用い.コイル中心がほぼ頭部中心になるように位置調整した.結果,TMSを行わず停止信号が呈示された場合,被検者は示指を止めたままにすることができたが,TMSを-150msの時刻に行った場合,開始信号の前に停止信号が呈示されたにもかかわらず示指が運動した.この結果から,単発TMSが運動企画を中断する脳機能に対して抑制的に干渉することが示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | Brain function dynamics related to an inhibitory interference in voluntary motor abandonment was investigated with single-pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)and electroencephalogram (EEG). As the voluntary motor movement, a point-to-point reaching movement of the right index-finger was conducted. In the series of experiment. go-trials and no-go-trials were defined. In the no-go-trials, stop-signal was randomly indicated 1 00 ms before a go-signal of the movement. In both trials, TMS with a round coil on the subject's head was conducted at various timings. In the normal no-go-trials, the subject was able to prevent the finger movement. However the no-go-trials with TMS conducted at 150 ms before the go-signal induced the involuntary finger movement. These results indicated that the single-pulse TMS applied around the stop-signal in the reaching finger movement could intervene in the brain function of the voluntary motor abandonment conducted at medial frontal cortex. |
