Abstract(in English)	This paper presents a trial result of communication for five years using high-quality TV phone installed at two remote living rooms of the grandparents (Shiga pref.) and grandchildren (Kanagawa pref.), together with trial results of other 28 families. The communication using TV phone itself is effective and enjoyable. There appeared various benefits especially if it is used continuously. l discuss the requirements for the TV phone communication for families deduced from the trials.
