| 抄録(和) | 本研究ではアメリカンフットボールの作戦を予測するため,数理モデルおよび機械学習を利用した推定方法を提案した.提案手法では作戦を選択する攻撃コーチの意思決定プロセスを考慮し,攻撃コーチが選択した過去の作戦を説明変数に導入するとともに,タッチダウン,ファーストダウン,次に期待のいずれを目標としているかを推定して説明変数に導入し,one-versus-oneのSVMによる5クラス分類を行った.実データを利用して提案手法の性能を評価した結果,現在の状況だけでは39.4%だった正答率を51.2%まで向上できた.このことは攻撃コーチの意思決定プロセスのモデル化の有効性を示している. |
| 抄録(英) | This study proposed a method for predicting the strategy a head coach will choose in American Football. The method models the planning process of the head coach before predicting the next strategy using a multi-class classification based on one-versus-one SVMs. The model assumes the existence of the implicit goal of a play and estimates it from the past strategies he/she chose as well as the current status such as the ball position and the score. The proposed method estimated the strategy with accuracy of 51.2% while a naive method with accuracy of 39.4%. |
