Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of education, observing a student' reaction is very important. In the previous works, we proposed a review support system for storytelling by using 3D cameras and accelerometers. This conventional system, however, could not give a feedback in real-time to the teacher. And the degree of child's concentration was inaccurate, because the degree was calculated only by using the video image processing. In this paper, we propose a real-time support system for teachers by using WEB cameras and electroencephalogram (EEG)devices. We made sure that the teacher looks at the user interface of the proposed system, and understands the situation of students during the lecture. Furthermore, test scores of some students were improved and the teacher got good effects simultaneously by using the proposed system.
