Ana lysis for Blended Classes Based on Practice in Operations Research

Abstract(in English) Focusing on exercises, the class on the Operations Research is conducted. In this class, a lecture on the problem and its formulation is conducted based on the textbook using a slide and the solution is explained by means of an example. The sheet of exercise is distributed. It is answered in the similar form as the example about a similar problem as the example. The place to answer is blank. Students are required to answer to it afterwards. After explaining answer of the exercise in the next class, the sheet of task is distributed. It is the similar form and a similar problem as the example and the exercise. Students are required to answer to it afterwards. E-leaming is prepared to leam lecture contents by lecture slides and to browse answers about the problem of exercise for lessons during class and outside a class. In the beginning and the end of this class, degree of knowledge in technical term and attitude degree are investigated. In the end of survey of attitude, useful activities to improve attitude are replied. In this paper, we analyze these information and report change in the recognition level of technical term and the attitude degree. In addition, useful activities to improve attitude are also reported.
