Abstract(in English) Recently, it is attracted attention that the emotion is an important factor when robots make communications with people. There are two ways to express robots emotion. with language information or not, but no one has made the later one clear. So, in this thesis. the author generate actions based on emotion using the knowledge base which have actions with emotions made by questionnaires. In addition, he proposed the way to normalize the knowledge base for expressing strengths of emotions.
