Towards Demonstration of a Dependable Network-on-Chip Platform for an Automotive Application

Abstract(in English) A centralized ECU (Electronic Control Unit), where a many-core system functions as a set of several conventional automotive ECUS, has been studied recently∠We have proposed a mult i-chip NoC (Network-on-Chip) to implement a centralized ECU, and are working to show by HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop)simulations that it can effectively perform safety-critical tasks of practical automotive applications. This report presents our approach and shows how our FPGA based platform, where the duplex execution and dependable routing algorithm are implemerited, is applied to an integrated attitude control system for a four-wheel drive car.
