Abstract(in English) | Static electricity is the cause of various problems, such as contamination and electrostatic discharge in the production process, and the influence is greater in microscopic area. The control of charge is very important because the electrification occurs in all materials. In this study, we report on the attempt of controlling electrostatics in the local area using the physical contact, the discharge during separation process and the electron beam. |
