Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The influence of a transient dark current on the buildup dynamics of photorefractive index gratings. which are photo-excited right after the onset of a pulsed voltage, is studied using low glass-transition temperature photorefractive polymers. We reveal that the development of photorefractive index gratings is dominantly controlled by the transient dark current changes, and show the optimized conditions for the pulsed voltage-enhanced photorefractive effects.
