Abstract(in English)	In this paper We implement Securitter that the information-sharing system using Twitter which improves information security action of general users. We arrange requirements and a function for the systems and build a system. The characteristic of this system is monitoring of security action of the user and semiautomatic generation of the sentence. An information security action is promoted by using this system and the personal information security action to be able to be improved.
