Abstract(in English) There is a demand for collaborative approach to provide efficient services with various profession in the home medical care and nursing. It is expected that the information sharing system support them by ICT. on the system handling medical information, private information of user must be managed strictly for privacy. However it is defficult to manage all interspersed private information in the record of service. In this study, we have proposed a secure personal information management method using linkable anonymizing and hybrid cipher and evaluated the implemented system.
