| 抄録(和) | 本稿では,商品の入れ替わりの多い小売業を対象とした需要予測技術を開発した.このような小売店舗の需要予測では,新商品への対応と競合商品の影響を考慮する必要がある.前者には適切な多次元特徴ベクトルの設計,後者にはコンディショナルロジットモデルの決定木拡張で対策した.この際生じる計算量増大の問題を,2段階パラメータ決定法の開発と,ランダムフォレスト法の適用により解決させた.実際の飲食店のPOSデータを用いた検証では,従来手法に比べ平均26.8%の誤差削減を確認し,提案手法の有効性が示された. |
| 抄録(英) | In this research, the robust demand forecasting method in retailers under the situations which new products are introduced frequently is proposed. The proposed demand forecasting method was developed by a product choice forecasting method. By applying decision trees developed by random forest method into logit models, a product choice forecasting method which accepts multiple choice criteria of human was developed. POS (point of sale)data in a restaurant was analyzed for verification of the demand forecasting accuracy. At the result, absolute errors of demand forecasting by the proposed method were significantly less than those of previous method. It is confirmed that the proposed method works efficiency. |
