Abstract(in English) In recent years, a large-scale data center advance in the adoption of multi vender hardwares and virtual environments. Therefore, a unitary configuration management of the management system software is difficult. Because, it is a difference of the interface between a hardware and a management system software and concealment of configuration information. As a result,the coverage of technology of a management system software, that is root cause analysis by using configuration information, has been limited. In this paper, we propose a presumption method of IT resource information by Bayesian inference for management system software by using CIM and log data. This proposal enables configuration information which cannot be collected to be presumed. The support of advance management technology expands.
