Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We study a noisy order of quantum channels called the degraded order, which shows that one channel is a degraded version of the other channel. An efficient algorithm is proposed to decide the degraded order of two quantum channels, based on the steepest descent method to minimize a cost function represented by the Choi matrix. Using the proposed algorithm, we show a numerical study of the relation between the degraded order and the quantum mutual information.
