Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A two-torus and a three-torus have been a subject of intense research in recent years. There is a hy- pothesis concerning the boundary between a two-torus generating region and a three-torus generating region. This hypothesis may puzzle many reserchers because it is difficult to distinguish whether it holds or not although it seems to be a reasonable one at first glance. To verify this hypothesis, we conduct a detailed Lyapunov analysis for a coupled delayed logistic map, and show that this hypothesis does not hold according to our numerical result.
