| 抄録(和) | 本稿では符号特性電流源を含むカオス発振器を提案する。この発振器は2つの電流源、2つのキャパシタと抵抗、スイッチなどで構成されている。状態は拡大的に振動し、カオスや周期など様々な現象を呈する。現象解析を行うため、1次元リターンマップを定義する。このマップは厳密に記述でき、これを用いて現象を考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper introduces a chaotic spiking oscillator including signum-characteristic current sources. The oscillator consists of two current sources, capacitors, resistors and a switch and so on. The state vibrates diver- gently and the circuit exhibits chaotic and periodic phenomena. In order to analyze the phenomena, we define an one-dimensional return map. The map can be described rigorously and the phenomena is considered. |
