Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The needs of health care is growing in recent years. The home-oriented health care and medical equipment is spreading. A digital stethoscope is also appearing. This research aims at monitoring a user's heart sound always anywhere with the digital stethoscope built in the wearable device. In this case, if a heart sound is monitored with a digital stethoscope, it will be expected that the ambient noise from environment mixes or noise is overlapped by motion of the body. This research examined how to suppress the sudden non-stationary noise from the stethoscope signal of one channel. In this paper, we propose the method of presuming the excitation signal in linear prediction analysis as a non-stationary noise component. Compared with the spectral subtraction method which always updates a noise spectrum. our method has improved spectrum distortion of 2.2dB, and has improved the amount of noise suppression of 3.4 dB.
