Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report proposes an efficient content search method in unstructured P2P networks. In this proposal, peers autonomously divide a network into several limited areas, and collect the information concerning contents and their locations in each area. This information is kept by a peer in each area, and queries for content searching are forwarded to these peers. The efficiency of the proposal is evaluated by computer simulations, which showed that communication cost can be reduced while success rate of contents discovery is maintained highly.
