Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes connection delay characteristic evaluation of the SIP service node composed of a database cluster managing subscriber data based on key value store mechanism and a service cluster processing session control of assigned calls. Connection delay time is specifically measured by queuing model simulation about two cases of call assign schemes, random assign and round robin. The result indicates the round robin scheme is slightly better in delay time focusing at the service cluster. In the scheme, however, retransmission signals of a call setup are passed to a server different from the originally assigned for the call. To prevent the problem, call processing indication for each call-id is necessary in the database cluster, and processing load can be increased.
