Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the mobile network, a huge amount of processing in a very short period of time can occur infrequently due to, for example, some kind of applications which request connection or disconnection to/from all the handsets simultaneously. In this paper, we first establish the model which completes such processing efficiently by utilizing the leveling control by means of peak-cutting and queuing algorithm, and then perform some simulations for the discovery of better settings.
