Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The TCP global synchronization problem is a phenomena that window control actions of different flows are synchronized. It causes degradation of the utilization of network bandwidth. To avoid this problem, we have proposed autonomous decentralized transmission rate control by using chaotic nature appearing in coupled oscillators. In this paper, we compare throughput of our chaos-based flow control with TCPReno and RED based models by using fluid approximation models. In addition, we discuss the fairness of our flow control.
