Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) On an overlay network an end-to-end traffic control requires to guarantee the bandwidth of the underlay network. This paper proposes an edge-overlay traffic control in cooperation with dynamic network path provisioning. This paper especially focuses on the QoS mechanism on a virtual switch, Open vS witch, we have integrated a software-based packet pacing mechanism called PSPacer into Open vS witch. We show that the preliminary experimental result compared with HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) on 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
