Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communication and Ranging System using Spread Spectrum Technique with Visible Light called Visible Light Boomerang System is discussed. Recently, light sources on vehicles of which examples are headlights , taillights, and so on have been changed to LEDs. The discussed Visible Light Boomerang System uses such headlights and taillights with LEDs. In this study, time hopping method is employed as spread spectrum technique. From simulation results. it is confirmed that performance of the Visible Light Boomerang System depends on the occurring probability of interference pulse from another vehicle.
