Abstract(in English) Since development of mini-cup gel candies containing konjac, we recognized fatal choking accident on mini-cup gel candies containing konjac. In Consumer Affairs Agency, it is investigation of method for risk reduction about choking in children based on studying safety of mini-cup gel candies containing konjac. Here, we report that the process and scientific evidence about method for risk reduction.
