Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The next generation wireless LAN, IEEE 802.11ac, is extending channel bandwidth to 80 MHz (mandatory) or 160 MHz (optional), which makes single station throughput higher than the conventional Wireless LANs. When stations supporting different channel bandwidth are operating in the same area, the system capacity is degraded because of the unused frequency channels. In this paper, MUMC (Multi-User Multi-Channel) transmission scheme is proposed to utilize frequency resource proacively when STAs supporting different channel bandwidth are operaring, The MUMC scheme enables an AP (Access Point) to transmit data to two or more stations in the different frequency channels separeted by guad band and improves spectrum efficiency by using the wasted frequency resources in the conventional method. Also, we comfirm that proposed method improves the throughput bycomputation simulations.
