Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents a new TCP-based file transfer method, which enables constant bit-rate data transfer over the Intemet. This method is useful for data transfer with a strict deadline, such as backup file transfer for disaster recovery, because it doesn't require expensive dedicated lines. By using this method, we achieved 560 Mbps speed file transfer to an overseas public cloud. The experimental result is also reported.
