| Abstract(in English) | Our proposal consists of P2P applications that are capable of functioning under low power scenarios.We name our proposal as Green-PEPPERS (Green-oriented Person Exploration Peer-to-Peer Emergency Response System). Our main contributions are Green-PEPPERS, two types of disaster-resilient distributed database, namely,proactive type and reactive type as its foundation and analytical models for the two types. |
