Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a segmentation algorithm of multiple intraretinal layers from a macular OCT image. This algorism is based on Graph cuts. Unlike the conventional graph theory based algorithm, it takes into account gradients of gray values in the segmentation process effectively and it is robust against fluctuation of gray values by combining with an ensemble learning based algorithm. This paper describes problems of existing methods followed by proposal of our method. Finally experimental results of 5 cases of healthy subjects are presented to discuss the effectiveness of the proposed method.
