Abstract(in English) | In recent years, the Social Networking Services (SNS) such as Twitter or Facebook, which enable to expand the wave of exchange between people through the Internet, is increasing rapidly. Particularly, Twitter is based on a functionally to send and read a short text message (known as "tweet") and it allows many people to have a weak relationship to each other. These SNS is based on a text as the media of the communication. However, there are many people who prefer the communication methods by voice like a telephone. Therefore, we have developed a speech-enabled twitter client which is used to explore the pos-sibility of speech-centered SNS design instead of conventional text-based SNS design. In addition, the use of the speech-specific information which cannot be expressed by text is necessary so that a user wish to utter a tweet with emotion. In this report, we reveal the problems of speech-centered SNS design and the possibilities of active use of emotion in speech by investigating the "voice tweet" collected through a monitor test by many participant. |
